Pork Chops and Rice

1 cup - uncooked rice

3 cups - hot water

1 tsp. - salt

1/2 cup - chopped celery

1/2 cup - chopped onions

1/2 cup - green pepper

1 can - cream of mushroom soup

6 - center cut pork chops (or can use chicken breasts)

 

In the bottom of a 9 x 11-inch greased pan, combine rice, salt, hot water, celery, onion, and green pepper. Brown pork chops and place on top of rice mixture. Add the can of mushroom soup. Bake at 375° until meat is done.
