One Dish Breakfast

(Crockpot Dish)

(32 oz.) bag of frozen hash browns

1 lb. - meat (ham, bacon, or sausage) precooked

1 - diced onion

1 - diced bell pepper

1 1/2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese

12 - eggs

1 cup - milk

salt and pepper

 

Spray crockpot with oil. Divide potatoes, meat, veggies, and cheese (for layering). Start with the hash browns, meat, onions, peppers, and cheese. Repeat until several layers. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over top and cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

Great to do before bed! Serves 12
